胡满江,男,营养与食品卫生学博士、博士后,现为广州体育学院运动与健康学院讲师。主要研究方向为:膳食营养与慢性病、保健食品原材料风险评估、运动营养等。近五年发表SCI论文多篇,其中以第一作者身份发表SCI论文4篇。
